Sonic Inertia Concert Series 2008-2009
The series continues the Sonic Inertia mission by collaborating and joining with other thriving Chicago ensembles to present four compelling concerts of contemporary, classical, new premieres, traditional, and pop music from around the world.  We are very excited about the concerts ahead and hope that you will be able to see one! 

Again, Concert II of the SI Series is CRITICS' PICK in TimeOut Chicago!

Mosaics and Complex Waters
APOLLO TRIO (Matthew Coley, percussion; Scott Metlicka, flutes; Karl Rzasa, bassoon)and Marimba Duo (Matthew Coley and Christopher Riggs)
with TINY MAHLER ORCHESTRA

*Apollo Trio is committed to performing accessible contemporary, original, and transcribed works for the full instrumentation of the ensemble as well as duo combinations.*

The Tiny Mahler Orchestra is dedicated to bringing rarely-performed music of many centuries to the concert hall, and creating concert programs that are more than the sum of their parts.
