Flamenco Cajon courseAlbert Vila will be hosting a Flamenco Cajon course at the Planet Drum school of drums and percussion in Camden Town.

The 5 lessons course will run once a month the following  days:

Saturday 26th of January (from 11 to 2)
Saturday 23rd of February (from 11 to 2)
Saturday 29th of March (from 11 to 2)
Saturday 19th of April (from 11 to 2)
Saturday 17th of May (from 11 to 2)

Main flamenco styles will be covered as well as cajon technique and, of course, many ideas to apply flamenco concepts to contemporary styles.

Albert Vila is a well known Spanish musician, Duende drums endorsee and educator who travels regularly to England for concerts and masterclasses. You can find more information about this workshop and Albert on www.albertvila.com 

Participatings students will be able to buy a bundle that consists of a cajon duende basic model, a soft case and an excellent multilingual dvd by Guillermo McGill for £80.
